Shipping Policy

At Kooky Kibble Singapore, we know you're excited to receive your pet's next meal. That's why we work hard to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed from our warehouse located at:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During major sales events, festive periods, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Carrier

All Singapore orders are delivered via SPX Express.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to SPX Express, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your order.

We also offer Free Shipping for eligible orders that meet our minimum spend requirement. The applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed on our website and during checkout.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is typically:

1–3 business days for most addresses within Singapore.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on factors outside our control, including:

  • Peak shopping periods
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout

While we work closely with SPX Express to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's tracking system.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within a few business days after placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Kooky Kibble Singapore cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete address information
  • Invalid postal codes
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Parcels

We carefully inspect and pack every order before it leaves our warehouse.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged products

If your parcel appears to be lost after being marked as shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with SPX Express to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.

Please note that investigations with the courier may take several business days before an outcome is provided.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may experience delays beyond our control due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network disruptions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs or government restrictions (where applicable)
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.

International Shipping

At this time, Kooky Kibble Singapore only ships within Singapore.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
